Philosophy

Bruce takes the time to listen to his clients and once he has heard the details of the case, he offers his straight forward advice. We thank you for considering the Kunz Law Office, P.C.

Bruce grew up on a dairy farm near Callaway, Minnesota and actively farmed for a number of years. He received his undergraduate degree from Moorhead State University and law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law.

Bruce loves the outdoors, especially boating in the summer and hunting in the fall and especially enjoys cooking and entertaining his friends and family.

Bruce attributes the success of his law practice in part, to his many life experiences and the wonderful stream of referrals that his office receives from the hundreds of clients and their families that he has been privileged to represent in the past. Bruce's practice of law is broad based, but over the years his practice has tended to focus on the areas of Criminal Law, Family Law, Bankruptcy and Civil Litigation.

He is also an approved Rule 114 neutral (Mediator) for Family law and other Civil cases and has received training in Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE) and Social Early Neutral Evaluation (SENE) for family law cases and is listed on the State Roster.
